About the Author

Georgia Stathis has been a full-time professional astrologer since 1977. Her background in business which includes investments, real estate, and public relations, advertising and marketing, has been a base from which she draws and applies in her private work as an astrologer for companies and individuals.

A Pleasant Hill, California, U.S.A.-based astrologer, she is a well-loved lecturer. She was educated at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois where she received her BS degree in Communications and also at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California where she received her Masters in Business Administration degree (M.B.A.). Her publishing company, Starcycles, produces an annual timing book that uses astrological timing, but which is written in “English” for anyone to use as well as over 100 tapes of lectures and classes.

Frequently interviewed by such publications as Shape Magazine and The Los Angeles Times as well as local San Francisco bay area radio stations and newspapers, Stathis has gained a respected and positive reputation for being a resource of information. Featured in such publications as the London Economist and the Sacramento Bee of California, she has just completed a series of weekend Business Astrology Intensives. Her book on Business Astrology, Weaving the Web Between Business and Myth is due in late, 2000.

Stathis’ professional expertise in the sales and marketing field shows in her ‘can do’ attitude and positive demeanor.
