This is the first channeled book I've ever read, and it had a profoundly positive effect on me from the very first page. Ms. Richardson's personal story, told in plain and compelling words in the introduction, is both inspiring and moving: from corporate attorney through a near-death experience to a newly discovered awareness of her intuitive abilities. But this is only the beginning. The revealed wisdom of the group of beings known as the Galactic Frequency Council is a message of hope, of freedom, of love, and of spiritual growth in difficult times. The wisdom is eternal: the writing is clear and stirring, aspiring to the heights of poetry and music.

Does one read the Starfleet Messages or absorb it?
Absorb. I'll never "finish" reading it because I keep opening it at random to reflect upon a paragraph. I can't say I'll ever understand most of the information presented. Fortunately, participating in the dialog is worthwhile; this alone gives dawning clarity to points resonating between me and the Galactic Frequency Council. There is also a pristine beauty here- like a square-cut diamond in a platinum setting-that I find irresistible.

Divine love is the highest frequency in the universe, for out of it comes the utmost respect and reverence for every being's path. (p.67)

Rather than explain my evolving understanding of this work, I repeat this small snippet because the text is soaked in Divine love.

Each time I open the book, my body involuntarily relaxes like a cat does upon being stroked. I don't understand this any more than I do the information about the nature of our universe. What I do know is that I feel better mentally and physically when I am in contact with words, ideas, and thoughts set forth by the Galactic Frequency Council.

My emotional and visceral responses to Dr. Richardson's work give me the only reason I need to enthusiastically recommend the Starfleet Messages to all seekers.

I found The Starfleet Messages: A Galactic Guide to Spiritual Expansion to be very inspiring. When I learned of it's existence I could not get it fast enough. I experienced many "magical" situations during the first 36 hours of learning of the book. I've read dozens of channeled and spiritual books throughout my life. This was my first experience of "magic". It was as if just the knowledge of its existence had raised my vibration (or frequency) and connected me instantly to my Higher Self and Divine Source Power.

I don't believe it's a question of, "if you like this book, you'll love such and such book." It's about being delivered to exactly the perfect material at the perfect time for YOU. Catherine Richardson and The Galactic Frequency Council are powerful beings with powerful messages for humanity's expansion and healing. Much of the book is filled with wonderful reminders of practices I'd forgotten to be conscious of and new and exciting knowledge.

Get in touch with your own Higher Self and check if The Starfleet Messages have something specific for YOU. Trust that you've been guided this far AND be open to receiving the gift it has for YOU!

The Galactic Frequency Council of Galactic Starfleet Command is challenging you to "get on with what you came to this planet to do."

This channeled work offers assistance for learning to open up the physical, emotional, mental, etheric and spiritual bodies to the frequencies of the soul. "That's what ascension is all about -- you manifesting more of your higher dimensional You down here on Earth," we are told in the Foreword.

The assistance comes in the form of explanations regarding a wide range of phenomena, including (but not limited to): soul evolution; soul contracts (destiny); spiritual expansion; divine unity; the nature of time and good and evil; sound frequencies; energy vortexes; divine sexuality; the universal heart chakra; the true nature of love, abundance and giving; interdimensional communication; and conscious activation of all strands of our DNA.

The message of The Starfleet Messages feels pretty common sense to me, but I've learned that what is common sense to some of us will throw others into shock. The book offers some new insights and a lot of good reminders as to how and why it matters that we take the trouble to tune in and live a conscious life. It also promises that we cannot help but be affected by the high-vibrational energy of the channeling. Feel your crown chakra starting to tingle?

Elegant in its simultaneous simplicity and profundity, this book has powerful, inspiring messages that can offer support on the journey of remembering our potential. Reading The Starfleet Messages is a soul-resonant, expansive adventure well worth taking!

This is an amazing little book. From the first pages where the author shares part of her journey with us, and then the messages of the Galatic Frequency Council, we are encouraged and challenged to expand our awareness into the galatic realm in a profound yet gentle way. The book is written simply, and I think that is the charm of it, because despite this there is great depth in what is said. It kind of leaves you without words, but I don't think words are really necessary as you absorb the messages themselves.

I have been reading channeled material for, oh at least thirty years now, and as the field expands to include many entities from various sources, I find I am just as fascinated as I was when I first discovered the genre.
Catherine Richardson's "The Starfleet Messages" is a fine example of channeled material which can inspire the reader to greater and greater levels of awareness, as one gradually absorbs the ideas and techniques for implementation which are offered on virtually every page of this small but profound offering.
The source of these teachings is a group of beings who choose to identify themselves as The Galactic Frequency Council. They are a group of beings who "have come together because of our skills and our wisdom, in order to oversee the frequency dynamics of the galaxy" Their messages are a series of profound and yet profoundly simple teachings concerning our expansion as sentient incarnate humans on a planet which is ascending just as we are.
I found ideas which resonated with me and my journey on almost every page. For example, page 43: "As you embrace unity and expansion, you will find these energies of Christ and of darkness becoming more similar" Or page 74: "Another reason one might choose ascension is that through ascension, one may experience himself or herself in all dimensions at all times. In other words, one may experience himself or herself as God, as self, as many, as One, as all of these - at all times".
If you feel charged by these thoughts you will love this book! Highly recommended!

Each time I read this book, I experience it differently. It is because the messages in it are coded, so that each time we read them we receive new information. My personal world has shifted and changed because of this book. Catherine is a clear and impeccable messenger for the Galactic Frequency Council, and I thank her for this great gift.

Remember how in the tsunami in 2004 the elephants and animals knew to break their bonds and head for higher ground, and yet many humans were rushing to the beach? The animals knew with spirit and what this teaching calls Knowledge, or the ability to see, know, and act upon the truth, of any person, place, or event to be able to discern the truth. The animals were acting far wiser than the humans, yet we humans can learn about from history and nature about what to do now: we need a preparation we didn't invent for ourselves.
