This thing is great.
I have a one-handled pot strainer that I've used for years. I like it and was on the lookout for another (they're hard to find in local stores), and then saw this two-handled design here on Amazon. As I suspected, it's way better than my old one. Much more stable while straining, easier to use, and the top edge is higher so you don't have food leaping out over it, like...

Works Fine
This works good on large pans, but not as well on small pans. It is difficult to hold in place on small pans and irregardless of the pan size, steam is an issue when using it with no gloves.
