I bought this as a Christmas present for my mom. She just used it for the first time to grind up roast beef for hash. She said the suction (to the counter) is great. The whole thing is easy to use and a breeze to clean. Other grinders were hard to thoroughly clean, but this comes apart easily and washes up nicely! She loves it!
