This has a very nice flavor. It's not overwhelming with garlic taste -- it's more of a mild, elegant taste. The tuna itself is also great (yellowfin) and much higher quality than the typical canned tuna. I eat the Roasted Garlic and Lemon Dill flavors for lunch; they're really handy and they have the added benefit of being nutritious and filling. I hope StarKist comes out with some more flavors in the future.
