Great Collection of 40s Bugs,

This review is from: Starring Bugs Bunny! [VHS] (VHS Tape)
It appears that the same review is included on "Starring Bugs Bunny" and "Bugs Bunny: Hollywood Legend." They both have different content, so I'll go with both.
Starring Bugs Bunny: 1. Hare Conditioned (1945, Jones) 2. Hare Tonic (1945, Jones; also starring Elmer Fudd) 3. Easter Yeggs (1947, McKimson; also starring Elmer) 4. Buccaneer Bunny (1948, Freleng; also starring Yosemite Sam) 5. Hare Force (1944, Freleng) 6. A Feather in His Hare (1948, Jones) 7. A Hare Grows in Manhattan (1947, Freleng) Bugs Bunny: Hollywood Legend: 1. Hair-Raising Hare (1946, Jones; also starring Gossamer) 2. Hare Force (1944, Freleng) 3. Hare Tonic (1945, Jones; also starring Elmer) 4. A Hare Grows in Manhattan (1947, Freleng) 5. Hare Conditioned (1945, Jones)

I think there's some confusion going on because this tape is called "Starring Bugs Bunny", not "Bugs Bunny Superstar".
It contains some of Bugs' episodes from his earlier years while he was still evolving. I don't like that earlier version of Bugs as well. But it might be interesting for people to see how the character evolved over time as the artistic genius of Chuck Jones and company arrived at the final incarnation of Bugs sometime in the 1950s I guess.
