fantastic range of nostalgic black and white records of characters, beautiful people , weird and bizarre steriotypes all with charm, talent and above all charisma.

Beautiful large format and excellent quaility. About 1 in 5 photographs are artistically memorable, with the rest interesting but not amazing. Though the stars and cars are well identified, one extra sentence about each with the photos would have added considerably to the interest. This is a book that lends itself to a good look one time, not a book that you will pick up time and again. Fun for period auto enthusiasts, but the cars are definitely secondary in emphasis.
