this book has easy to follow instructions for knitting several different stars for ornaments. they can be attatched to a purse, a jacket or hung from a tree--some with beads and some without.

All I could ever find for making stars were crochet booklets--until I found this booklet. Many beautiful stars to knit with easily understood directions. If you want a great pattern for knit stars...this is the one for you.

The stars are gorgeous, but they all require knitting each point separately. So each star has about 12 ends to secure and weave in. Not easy with lace; I never actually knit any of them.
