This was a total waste of money. When I got them, they were so crushed that they cannot straighten out enough to be able to turn - even if the wind is strong. Also - it did not state what the handle was made of. It is a hollow piece of plastic - like a straw and most of them do not even fit into the slot to attach them to the pinwheel. Big - big waste of money.

These were very well received at my company picnic for the little ones. You have to put the pin wheels on the straws. Some were easy, some not so much, but once I figured out how to "pinch" them in, it was a snap. Very cute and inexpesive picnic giveway. Everyone enjoyed them so much, I ordered another bunch for another event!
