If you like singing. If you like the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. You WILL like the words they sing to these well known marches.

If you like marches. If you like Sousa Marches. You will like the renditions of your old favorites by the Columbia Symphonic Band with Arthur Harris conducting.

Add to this the college fight songs played by the Columbia Symphonic Ordhestra and sung by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and you have 66+ minutes of VERY enjoyable listening.

Five stars isn't enough. Play it again, Richard.

What better way to enjoy a beautiful October Saturday than at a college football game. I'm long past my college days but every year at this time I remember walking with my friends through crunching leaves to the stadium where we'd cheer till we lost our voices. Listening to these fight songs always enhances those memories. The MTC has done a great job of selecting particularly good songs and putting together some medleys. The singing quality is a lot better than a stadium full of students :) plus it has all the pep and band accompaniment you'd find there.

I also greatly enjoyed the marches, most of which I recognized. All together, this is a great collection. Nothing like singing along to 'Hail to the Victors' or 'On Wisconsin' while raking leaves under perfect October blue skies (except being there, of course :). Highly recommended.
