Richie Hughes is the founder of RHIC, Inc. A dynamic and sought-after speaker, he formerly served with Jentezen Franklin as the executive pastor of Free Chapel Church in Atlanta, Georgia and Orange County, California. He holds degrees from Lee University and Lincoln Memorial University, and lives in Cleveland, Tennessee, with his wife and their two daughters.

For 15 years, Richie Hughes was known as "Coach." As a High School basketball Coach and NBA scout (Orlando Magic) Hughes loved the competitive aspects of the game. "The only thing I enjoyed more than winning was the opportunity to impact and mold young lives." Hughes last game as a career Coach culminated in winning the Georgia State High School Championship in 2004.
Richie Hughes Instructional Camps, Inc. was founded in 1990 and has produced camps for John Smoltz, Shaquille O'Neal, Dominique Wilkins and many more.
Hughes holds degrees from Lee University and Lincoln Memorial University.
Upon accepting the position of CEO / Executive Pastor at Free Chapel in Gainesville, GA Hughes saw God do amazing things as the church grew from just over 2700 in attendance each week to over 14,000 in 5 short years. Free Chapel expanded into Orange Co. CA and the Kingdom Connection Broadcast was rated in the top 5 among all religious programming. (Nielsen Ratings) Free Chapel and Jentezen Franklin ministries collectively produced numerous best selling books and CD's with artists like Ricardo Sanchez and Israel Houghton. "It was a tremendous honor to be a part of the miracles God did in our time at Free Chapel."
Out of that experience, Hughes now represents numerous Authors and Artists as an Agent / Manager. Additionally, Richie is a notedspeaker in a wide variety of settings. Whether he ministers in a Church service or challenges a business staff, Hughes' topic will always revolve around his life message, Col. 3:23 "Whatever you do, do it with all your might as working for the Lord, not for men." Church Consulting is a passion of Richie's and God has provided numerous opportunities in that field for Hughes.
Hughes' first published book is due to be released in 2011. (Strang Publications) One of his writings was published in 2009 in the "Chicken Soup for Soul- Inside Basketball" edition. Author Pat Williams (Vice President - Orlando Magic) heard of the experience Richie had while working a Knicks game at Madison Square Garden and used it in the book alongside such greats as John Wooden, Mike Krzyzewski, Pat Riley and many others.
Richie and his wife of 16 years Stephanie, reside in Cleveland, TN with their two wonderful daughters. He enjoys building relationships, golf, basketball and anything that is competitive.

A great read. I bought 5 more to give to friends. It makes me much more conscientious of how important choices are from biblical times and up to the current times. The author gives accounts of personal situations of choices which have meant life and death within his family. It tells how we make choices constantly and it's up to us on whether to make them positive or negative. It has helped me prioritize what's most important in my life. I love this sentence "Thankfully, we serve a Creator who can wipe the slate clean and remove our blemishes, giving us a brand new start."

I'm am blown away at this book. I grabbed it because the cover was interesting looking and the title grabbed my attention. I received the book today and can't put it down. I've read it cover to cover and would recommend to everyone, regardless of age. Absolutely amazing. Loved the honestly. Truly hit home.
