If you research petsitting via the internet (as anyone would to find out what licenses, insurance, etc. one would need/want in their area) it renders this product useless. What do you get for ... One CD which contains a description of petsitting and what it entails, some suggestions on advertising, and some sample forms (basically, a standard contract and visit sheet, both of which may be found on the internet for free). Personally, I found the info and "forms" to be grossly overpriced. Visit the NAPPS website and save yourself the money.

Had a lot of good information, but I thought it was too pricey. I wish I had bought a book instead. I ended up copying every page, because it was more convenient to pick up a book than going to the computer all the time.

I would recommend this CD along with its printable business forms to anyone considering starting a pet-sitting operation. The material is informative, easy to read, amusing, and comprehensive. In fact, I think it's the only CD/book a person really needs for starting such a service for animals and their caregivers. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, David Grass.
