Perfect for starting!,

This review is from: Start and Run a Profitable Catering Business: From Thyme to Timing : Your Step-By-Step Business Plan (Self-Counsel Business Series) (Paperback)
After checking out from the library and reading several books on starting a catering business, this was the one I ended up purchasing. It touched on all the things I felt were helpful to someone in my position: starting catering on a part-time, sideline basis. All the other books I read were focused on someone who wanted to jump headfirst into a full-time catering career. Mr. Erdosh's book was much more helpful, and, I might add, not as technical and an easier read.

New to the business, small-time caterer, this is the best book with the most practical information. I have purchased a couple of other books, this is the best by far. Well worth the money Probably not good for big-time caterers.
