Definately worth $8
This book is full of useful content. I used it extensively before I opened my laundromat in June 2009. This book should not be your only source of information but for the price (less than $10) I Highly recommend it.

Bland
I don't know what is up with the Entrepreneur-magazine series of books, but I've read several of them now and I've yet to be impressed with any of them. The best way to describe this book...BLAND AND FULL OF FLUFF. Most of them are apparently written by people who have NO real-world business experience. They are not recommended.

Overall, I thought this would really help me to understand this industry better. It gave good insights and practical advice, which did help me and was consistent with the research that I did. I would have liked more case studies and insider tactics, some of which I discovered when researching things on my own. Still, it's a valuable guide that gives a disciplined, step-by-step approach to engaging in this line of business. A great place to start.
