I broke a favorite bracelet, decided to do something about it. I surfed to my favorite & trusted sight--Amazon.com, and bought the 2 most perfect beading books I thought possible.
This book truly does have " 52 Fabulous Projects ", as the cover reads. But, I would have been totally intimidated with these
projects had I not purchased "'GETTING STARTED' Stringing Beads"
by Jean Campbell at the same time for the free shipping.
I highly recommend these two books together for anyone who is thinking about beading.

Bead & Button Magazine is an excellent source for design inspiration and products, but it includes a lot of projects and articles that won't be helpful to the beginning beader. This book takes the best of the beading projects from various issues and puts them all in one place. Beginning beaders will find projects that they can do right away and different styles of beading to try when they are ready to branch out.

This book is awesome!!!! It has beautiful examples and illustrations as well as instructions for each project. I have shared this book with friends and they ALL have ordered this book!!!!

I was anxious to start beading prior to getting this book. NOW, I can hardly wait. It really opened my eyes to all the possibilities! I know so much more about supplies, designs, and how easy it is - after reading this book. Job well done.

Great book! I'm pleased. I am really a "very" beginner and the book explains all the processes very well.
I am having trouble finding some of the beads recommended for the projects but maybe that is because I am still not familiar with everything. The book still gets a thumbs up from me.

This book is the best one about beading that i have bought so far. We can find many wonderful projects and they are very well explained. Even a beginner can understand. With this book, i learned new stitched. I highly recommend this book.

its a great book but I overestimated myself. It seems that the book is for the experienced beader. Or, I'm just not that confident.

This product is a mediocre learning tool. It could be used by the inexperienced to get a very basic explaination of the tools need to start beading. The experienced could possibly use it for the various projects explainations included. As someone new to this craft I will be seeking aid elsewhere to further explain the various ways to bead.

I am brand new to beading, and self-taught, to boot. This book has a wide variety of projects that are beading basics. But it's not very specific or thorough with instructions. I am having to figure many things out, when I would prefer a diagram or detailed instructions. Nice photos of completed pieces.
