This item comes with a controller, 2 seven foot controller extension cords, and a metal case to hold up to 12 game CD's but NO MEMORY card as the others had said. The controller works great and the extension cords are nice with a nice way to store them when not in use. The game CD case was a little dinged up but I'm sure these were sitting on a shelf somewhere for a very long time so that is to be expected.

The controller is of good quality and the extensions are very handy but, beware, it does NOT come with a memory unit which was one of the key reasons for me purchasing it.
