From the Inside Flap
"Sparks and shooting stars!"
Kate knew what Rusty was referring to, but she dared not speak or he might see how his kiss had rattled her senses.
"Kate . . . Kate, didn't you see them?" he murmured. "What am I going to do with you?"
Her head nestled in the curve of his neck. For a few seconds, she allowed herself to be held before she lifted her hands and gently pushed him away.
"That shouldn't have happened." The heated blush that stained her cheeks could be caused by embarrassment or excitement . . . or both.
"Why not?" he asked, his hands aching to touch her. "You're free to fall in love again, and I'm not married. The only problem is timing, and I've always heard cupid likes to shoot his arrows at the most inconvenient of times."

From the Back Cover
HIS MONIKER WAS "TRAVELING MAN"
Kate Cramer hoped he'd settle down. Rusty Russell was more than the mechanic, salesman and crack pilot she'd hired to turn her helicopter transport business around - Rusty was a friend.
And Kate was as vulnerable as a woman can be. Her husband's helicopter crash several months ago had left her alone, nervously awaiting the birth of her first child and at the helm of a business slipping into bankruptcy.
With Rusty to help her through a dangerous and difficult time, Kate knew she could pick up the pieces of her life.
But Kate didn't recognize the illusions holding her back - until the hurricane came roaring up the Gulf, showing her that courage is another name for love.
