Very sweet...!!,

This review is from: Starting over (Harlequin Romance) (Textbook Binding)
From the back: It was only eighteen months since Jo's life had collapsed in terrible tragedy, with the death of her husband and baby in a car accident that had also left her badly scarred, and she had still hardly got over the shock, let alone reaching the stage of picking up the pieces and making a fresh start. It was far too early, at any rate, to get involved with anyone as disturbing as Jake Marshall. Yet how could she avoid it?MY THOUGHTS: When I first read the back cover I wondered if I would truly like the book. The plot seemed to sad... But needless to say, I actually liked it! Of course, as I read the book, I found Jake to be absolutely divine and manly and hunky. Ya know, the take charge kinda guy. And it cool that Jo was this gorgoeous person. Anyway, I thought it was sweet that she slowly started healing herself with Jake's niece and Jake himself (of course!) and all that jazz... My only semi disappointment was that Jo had no more desire to return to the world of acting. It seemed like she was destined to become a brighter star, ya know. But I guess if I have a hunky husband like Jake, who cares, right? ~_~
