I have been doing yoga on and off for years but was desperate to give something new a try. I'd thought about Pilates but wanted to know what the differences were and the benefits and what to expect really at beginners level. This book did not disappoint. It's very easy to read and very informative and id highly recommend to any Pilates beginner. It definitely gave me a foundation and a bit more confidence to work with.
