If you are even modestly addicted to the Star **** phenomena, this is a book you will love,

A large percentage of science fiction fans and Star Wars/Star Trek lovers in particular are also writers of the genre. Many of those with skills tending to the artistic are creators of cartoons, which is what this book is dedicated to. It is a collection of cartoons by fans of Star Wars and Star Trek with the purpose to spoof rather than supplement the public story lines. As is typical of amateurs, the humor is sometimes crude and since they are aimed at strong followers, those with a casual interest will be unable to grasp much of the context necessary to understand the humor.
Nevertheless, if you are even modestly addicted to the Star **** phenomena, this is a book that you will find entertaining and some of the farcical tactics used by the artists will make you laugh, sometimes uproariously. |
