Wonderful!, September 15, 2006
This review is from: Stash Premium Decaf Chocolate Hazelnut Tea, Tea Bags, 18-Count Boxes (Pack of 6) (Grocery)
The Stash Tea Company was founded in 1972, in Tigard, Oregon, a suburb of Portland, and was originally operated out of a Victorian-style house. But, right from the beginning the company focused on making only premium teas. That commitment to quality has propelled Stash Tea to the position of one of America's largest tea companies.
Among Stash Tea's many infusions is Decaf Chocolate Hazelnut Tea. Billed as a dessert tea, this wonderful drink tastes great any time of the day, hot or iced. It contains just four ingredients - black tea, chocolate, vanilla nut and hazelnut (though a warning on the website says that it also contain peanuts) - and has an absolutely delightful taste.
Whenever I tell anyone about this tea, they right away ask in disbelief, "chocolate tea?!?" Well, yes, chocolate tea. This infusion has an absolutely wonderful taste that I quickly grew to absolutely love. As of right now, I am enjoying it in two ways - hot and strong with some milk, right before I go to bed, and iced in the afternoon.
I love my new find of Stash's Decaf Chocolate Hazelnut Tea. It's now among my must-have teas. Buy it, you won't be disappointed!

This Flavor is Disgusting, September 3, 2009
This review is from: Stash Premium Decaf Chocolate Hazelnut Tea, Tea Bags, 18-Count Boxes (Pack of 6) (Grocery)
I love some of their other teas, I'm a chocoholic, and I love hazelnut coffee. But I HATED this flavor. It reminds me of the pharmacy's first attempts years ago to flavor medicine--has a wonderful smell but a weird, almost disgusting aftertaste. It actually made me a bit sick to my stomach! I'll stick with the Vanilla Chai--very tasty.

Chocolate Fix, March 19, 2009
This review is from: Stash Premium Decaf Chocolate Hazelnut Tea, Tea Bags, 18-Count Boxes (Pack of 6) (Grocery)
Although not as good as a piece of chocolate, it does the job at night when my sweet tooth acts up. This is my nightime tea with the mere objective of satisfying a chocolate craving. Great shelf life of over 1 year.
