StashWiz for Knitters/Crocheters - For PC

This program is quite complicated. There isn`t an instruction booklet, only a sheet of paper that they say, is supposed to fill all your instructural needs.
I sent the prerequisit of numbers to authorizede my use and they don`t answer back.
the "square" where the data is to be filled to start organizing yarns and such in order is very small.
instead of helping it has made me a magician truing to figure out how it works.
And it is very expensive for what it gives.
You are suppose a client with instructions, a booklet...a place to response, all my emails have been returned. Thank you.

What fun it has been to touch and feel all my yarn (that I'd forgotten I had) and browse my patterns and plan new projects! A glass of wine and a bin of yarn and StashWiz open - a formula for a relaxing hour or so organizing my stash after a busy day. The program comes with a detailed 50 page printable instruction book that anyone with computer skills can follow. I've been able to customize SW to fit my stash by adding to the existing categories. And when all else fails to relieve my stress, I can open SW and let my yarns and patterns carousel around the screen - let me at my yarn basket, I've GOT to knit!

As one of the authors of this product I must respond to the above in a public manner as that review is most decidedly unfair and poorly written. Each point made above has been favorably addressed to the best of my knowledge.
