How Do You Break A Robots Heart???,

This review is from: State Of Decay (Audio CD)
State of Decay is the second offering for the duo from down-under!!! Pure Electro Bliss and far more polished then their first offering which I must say has some pretty catchy synth tunes harking back to unforgetabble 80's. Worth the price. There is no filler on this album. It's ashame this is not the limited edition which has some great addtional tracks. If your a snyth pop fan young or old then check this out. It has that Human League sound of old yet modern sound of New Electro. For the love of delicious phat bubble gum pop!!! BUY IT NOW!!!

Period. If you like synthpop and electro, don't hesitate to buy this. It's even better than last year's Electricity, which I didn't think possible. Download it here or on iTunes or even better yet order it directly from conzoom Records or another online store to get the bonus tracks. Also recommended are the CDs of Hotter and I Am Human, which contain great bonus tracks not found on the EP downloads.

Excellent electropop music,

Parralox is an Australian duo (John von Ahlen and Amii) whose music I only discovered a few months ago. I discovered their music on youtube and have been hooked since then. I recently acquired a copy of their limited edition of their 2009 State of Decay which features four bonus tracks. The duo's brand of electropop reminds me of Goldfrapp (circa Black Cherry/Supernature)and fellow Aussie Kylie Minogue (except Amii has better vocals). The songs are truly captivating with their bouncy dance beats and infectious pop hooks. There is not one track on the album that I did not like. If you can get a copy of the limited edition version of State of Decay, I would opt for that because you get one remix and three previously unreleased tracks. Definitely worth every penny I spent on it.
