It's very sturdy and the quarters fit nicely. My 4 year old loves adding to his collection and looking at the map - a fun way to learn about the states.

It was a little bigger than I thought it was (hard to figure out the measurements until one actually holds the item in one's hands), but that is not a bad thing. This is a very nice way to preserve a collection of quarters. The only thing I wish is that they would have just included the 50 states. It is unlikely that I get the other 6 quarters.

This product is exactly what I wanted and expected! Purchased it for my father-in-law who wanted to collect all the quarters.

Such a bummer when you get an item and find out you paid $5.00 more than RETAIL. Ugh. Check around on pricing for these items, as they apparently vary widely!

Purchased this for a first-grader, who receives quarters for chores done. Not only did he really love it, but his parents were thrilled that he received this. It's easy to use and understand for a first-grader; helps with his knowledge of geography, and encourages him to examine all of the quarters he receives for the missing states that he needs to complete the map. Once he finishes filling in all of the states, he said he would take all of the quarters out, put it in his savings account, and start all over again. So it's not only a great tool for knowing his states, but also encourages savings!

I had ordered 4 other maps for my older grandchildren and ordered this one for the youngest. It's great until you remove the cardboard "buttons" to insert the quarters. Once the buttons are removed, there is no identification of the states on the map itself. Granted, you can read the state names on the quarters, but they are much more difficult to read than printed names on the map. It will not be as easy to use as a teaching tool for learning the 50 states and their geographic locations. I was disappointed. The other map styles I purchased previously were much more to my liking.

Purchased this item for the 5 territories because my 10 year old had filled the one without them. Was going to be a birthday present for him. When I recieved it I opened it that day and it was the wrong product. It did not have the extra territories on it like the picture showed. So I went on amazon and it said to contact the seller via e-mail for return shipping info. The next day I e-mailed him and he never got back to me. Thankfully I have a nephew so he is getting it for Christmas this year so it wasn't a complete waste of money. I will not order from this seller again. Who wants to get stuck keeping a different product than you ordered!!

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She has a lot of fun trying to collect all the quarters from different States. She has collected over half of the States the first week. Up until now, she still need a couple States that had not been found. Recommend for kids gift idea.

I bought this 50 State Quarter Display Map Folder for my grandchildren for Christmas. It is perfect. I do wish the names of the States were visible even after you put the quarter into the slot. The folder itself is high quality and just what I was looking for.
