5.0 out of 5 stars Claire Wolfe and Aaron Zelman hit it out of the park again!, January 4, 2007
This review is from: The State vs. the People: The Rise of the American Police State (Paperback)
Very well researched and non-partisan. The footnotes are almost a volume in and of themselves. Takes the reader on an eye-opening journey.

Our modern political landscape is no longer Democrat vs Republican, it's become the State vs the People.

4.0 out of 5 stars Claire Wolfe does it again, October 7, 2005
This review is from: The State vs. the People: The Rise of the American Police State (Paperback)
The State vs. the People is a "must read" for all Americans.
Reviewing the twists and contortions of our dissappearing freedoms, the authors take no party lines to make evident how the Bill of Rights and our Constitution have changed for the worse.

Very well written; in-depth yet easy to read. Well researched, heavily documented, extensive footnotes, complete index (everything I like in a book.) If you get just one book dealing with Bill of Rights and Second Amendment issues, this is the one I would recommend.
