I purchased these with the "Nellie's PVC Free Dryer balls" (which are great) and was ready to go totally chemical free!
But these do not work at all.
I live in a dry climate (NM)the winter inside humidity drops to around 15% and the static when using these was unbelievably bad!
These may work in a higher humidity environment but as one person said "winter is an issue?"
save your money and time and get something else.

I like that it is natural and that it does help. But here in dry Colorado, on really dry days, it does not work very well. Normal days it does okay. I have found that a 1/2c vinegar in the wash helps a lot too.

I really wanted this to work, I'm even still using them as well. But everything is still static-y. It's winter which I am sure it is part of the problem. But I wanted them to work full time. I've even tried to put cotton towels in the dryer with the more synthetic clothes - I think I need to add more cotton...

I saw this product in Real Simple magazine and was skeptical, but hate the waste of dryer sheets, so thought I'd give it a try. I bought 2 boxes just in case I like them and wish I would have bought a lifetime supply! These work just like they say they will --- no static, clothes smell fresh and clean....and you can use them over and over again. One thing they don't make clear in the description is that the box does come with 2 "sheets" but you do need both sheets in every load. So, where I thought I was buying potentially a years worth (each sheet is supposed to last 3 months), I actually bought 6 months. That's ok though, I'll definitely purchase more when these are used out.

I'm open-minded, I don't want to use chemical static eliminators, so was up for trying these. They don't work. Plain and simple. Very disappointing.

These static eliminators did nothing to reduce static in my dryer. They also did nothing to remove pet hair, like they claim. In fact, my laundry seems to have gotten even more static-y, making the pet hair stick even more to my laundry. I would recommend these at all.

It's has been two years since I purchased dryer sheets. Yes, two years, thanks to Static Eliminator! This is the best performing environmentally friendly dryer sheet I've ever used. And, compared to Mrs. Meyers and Seventh Generation the best priced also. For only 3 cents a load, I have soft and static free clothes without relying on toxins or petroleum. I just have to remember to throw them in the wash once every three months.

This product works so well, after two years of use, I knew it was time to buy a new pair. My clothes started feeling a little stiffer and as it is winter time, started experiencing static.

The only question is how do I keep the old pair of Static Eliminators out of the landfills? Anyone interested in a black and white striped scarf?

Okay, so anything velcro attaches to these (i.e. all the baby bibs) but otherwise I l-o-v-e them. They work great (in combo with a couple of those blue nubby balls) and best of all I love having unscented chemical free laundry. I believe if you would like your laundry scented you can add natural scents to these... check the box or manufacturer www site for recommendations.

These dryer sheets are great - love them! They do work well and I don't miss using fabric softener or dryer sheets.

I only had one problem with static: particular set of sauna towels and robes would become so charged that everything else in a dryer would get glued to them. Dryer sheets made absolutely no difference.
