This review is from: Statistical Methods for Groundwater Monitoring (Hardcover)
If you're looking for a helpful perspective on statistical methodologies related to "groundwater detection monitoring," this book is a good place to start.

The book contains much valuable information for properly implementing detection monitoring plans. However, extracting this information requires much effort. The book appears to be multiple publications cobbled together. Thus, consistency between each chapter/section is poor. This, plus some misprints, made the understanding of the subjects presented more time consuming than should have been necessary.

I little editing and this material would be of great value to environmental professionals involved with this complex topic.
