this little guy is so handy to boil something small fast! ex: it fits 2 eggs and because the size is small, eggs are boiled and ready in 5 minutes. my breakfast to go in 5 minutes :) this pot is great to melt cheeses, mixtures for cooking if you need just a bit. Staub is a great quality company too (french). all of my cookware is from Staub.
