This is the 4th piece of Staub cast iron cocottes I own and I am absolutely amazed by their excellent performance and beautiful designs. Guess what? I not only use the Heart Shaped Fondue set to prepare for the cheese and chocolate fondue cuisine but also for the one-person steamboat serving! Dine in the more elegant way! Highly recommended for any one-pot cuisine lovers!!! This is surely a lovable Staub piece you must have!!!
