This is a favorite of mine. Takes me back a few years. But is as great today as it was back then. Another song used in many movies even today.

This tune has been part of my memory since it came out. If there is anything wrong with it, it is that it is too short. A great song and a great memory. One of the best.

My oldest sister was actually a teenager in the 1950s, and while she was primarily hooked on Elvis, she listened to the radio just like other girls. I suspect I heard this song so many times when I was small, it's remained permanently lodged in my brain ever since. And honestly, for its era, this is probably one of the most sexually open songs out there. What, you think he wants her to stay so they can play another game of Canasta? The 50 and early 60s weren't nearly as innocent as everyone wants to believe they were.

One of the Great Oldies but Goodies. One of my all-time favorites.
