When the title says 'workbook', this one is certainly that. Don't look here to find any in-depth advice or guidance. This is strictly a workbook to use when reading through the companion book, I'm guessing. If you need a place to do your 'figuring', and you have the companion book or can get it or a similar one from a library or friend, then this is the book for you.
