I really enjoy listening to this CD. Martin Brofman's voice is a delight to listen to; and the background music that accompanies you through the guided relaxation is wonderful.
The guided relaxation starts immediately, without any introductions or explanations, so I suspect it would be a good purchase for those who are already familiar with, or have done relaxation practice before.

This meditation CD is one of my all time favorites! I use it regularly. Martin's voice is very peaceful and the guided meditation is absolutely beautiful and most importantly extremely healing. This CD is tops in my opinion. I also love Martin's other CD's and his two books which are available on Amazon.

I used to have this CD in the cassette format and loved it. I was thrilled to find it on CD. I've used this many times when I had trouble falling asleep. Great relaxation method!!
