This is a GREAT whitewater video! It is especially exciting to see a woman, Shannon, doing these hair raising moves. I held my breath during her rescue with the rope.Tao's record breaking waterfall descent was another TWITCH y moment. Also liked the magnificent scenery.

This is a great video to watch some insane water fall running and creek boating. Very well produced.

5.0 out of 5 stars Redefining what can be done in a kayak, February 22, 2001
This review is from: Staying Alive from the producers of TWITCH kayak videos (DVD)
This is the kind of video that makes you feel like a wuss the next time you go boating. Even non-boating friends will watch this and not think you are weird for liking it.

This is a GREAT whitewater video! It is especially exciting to see a woman, Shannon Carroll, doing these hair raising moves. I held my breath during her rescue with the rope. Tao's record breaking waterfall descent was another TWITCH y moment. Also liked the magnificent scenery.
