I bought myself these glasses a couple of years ago directly from Wine Enthusiast and I love them. They're attractive, very sturdy (compared to other double-walled glasses I've seen), and keep my martinis nice and cold.

HOWEVER, I decided to get them for my brother for Christmas this year, and judging from the description of a set of four, thought $27.90 was a reasonable price--slightly less than buying two sets of two from Wine Enthusiast--with the convenience of ordering from Amazon. However, as with the previous reviewer, I received a set of two. This makes these glasses cost almost twice as much as buying them directly from Wine Enthusiast. I informed Amazon of this, and they resolved it to my satisfaction, but I see that the description still has not been changed.

Bought this set as a gift for my parents. Upon first use, one of the glasses began leaking from the drinking area into the base portion of the glass. I returned the set to Amazon and received a full refund.

I purchased a set of two for my wife's birthday (among other things!) and they were a great hit. She loves drinking out of them and thinks they makes her cocktails more fancy. They are very light but sturdy. The glass is high quality like something you would find in a chemistry lab.

I must say that I am very pleased with these glasses. They obviously are not made to be thrown in a picnic basket but for the less formal times on the deck they will be perfect. The bases are wider than they look so they will probably sit well on a tv tray also.

My husband likes his martinis COLD, so we thought this would be a good glass to use. They are just a bit too big to hold comfortably. Wouldn't recommend them.

I realized when I ordered these glasses that there were only two in the package because it is very clearly spelled out in the title and the description. However, upon opening the package, I was disappointed to find that one of the glasses was shattered into tiny pieces. The package was not damaged, however it's easy to see how the glass might have been broken because they are paper thin and not very good quality glass. I would not recommend purchasing these glasses. Amazon Customer Service was terrific though. They issued a full refund.

Like everyone else who placed the order, I only received two. Even though the description says "set of 4." I emailed Amazon and I am waiting for a response/resolution. The two glasses I received are great and I have received many comments about them at our parties.

Five stars for the glasses I received, three stars for the misleading description.

Strange! I thought I was ordering a set of 4 glasses and that is in fact what showed up on my receipt. However, on another page it shows the set has 2 glasses. If you are truly supposed to pay $27+ for 2 glasses, knock the two stars down to a negative star (wish that were possible.)

The glasses are cheap and thin, feeling more like plastic than glass.
The packaging is crap and 1 of the four I received was broken.

You can get MUCH MUCH better martini glasses for LESS at Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel. This is the case if the pricing is $27 for 4 (average $6.75 each) and EVEN MORE SO if the pricing is $27 for two ($13.50 each)

If Amazon is really asking you to pay $27 for two glasses, run away and close this page fast, It will be the BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY on barware you will likely ever make. Not in any way worth it.

Background on me for reference: I typically have about 150 bottles of wine in my bar at any given time and another 25 bottles of liquor. I entertain frequently and have enough barware/stemware to host a party for 50 - 75 people. I have about 20 martini glasses and was looking to add more to the collection. The ones I currently have were all from Crate and Barrel and are the nice, sturdy, stemless martini glasses.

I really like the glasses, but the title lists this as a set of four, and I received a box with two glasses. Lower in the description it says two.

The incorrect item was sent. I was told one orange ball based martini glass from my original order would be replaced. It was not replaced with the same item.
