So I saw this "lock" and wondered how it worked. The "can" slips over the hitch and securely attaches itself to the handle. It covers everything to inlcude the nut a thief can unscrew and defeat other security devices. This lock also allows you to use a Trimax coupler lock for even more protection if they happen to remove this thing off.. I don't know how they would remove this without a blow torch or loud electric saw.. but hey, its worth mentioning!
