I absolutely LOVE this movie!! It is such a great movie to put you in the "Holiday Mood" I also think that Lea Thompson, Tony Danza and Betty White do a great job with this movie. I edited my review because I have watched this movie so many times since my first review. It truly gives you the "Holiday Spirit" if you need it!! I highly recommend this one! If you're not sure, rent it before buying it!! Happy Holidays 365!!

WHO WOULDA THOUGHT I'D LIKE A XMAS STORY WITH TONY DANZA ? WELL, IT'S CUTE AND A LOT BETTER THEN SOME OF THE STUFF SHOWING ON T.V. THIS SEASON . I GOT IT DISCOUNTED ON AMAZON AND I'LL TELL YOU , IT WILL REMAIN WITH THE FEW OTHER HOLIDAY DVD'S I OWN . VERY CUTE AND FOR ALL FAMILY MEMBERS EVEN THE HUM-BUG MEMBERS, AS IT HAS DANZA IN THE BEGINNING AS AN INEPT WANNA BE BANK ROBBING SANTA . ALLS WELL THAT ENDS WELL .

Around this time of year, we watch Christmas movies, and this is a new Christmas classic to add to the mix. I love the plot. It reminds me of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Everybody was perfectly cast. Tony Danza stars as a thief named Jack Clayton. When Jack is about to be caught at the mall, he dresses up as Santa Claus and hops on the bus to Evergreen. He is mistaken for the new Santa at Sarah Gibson's tree store. He is very reluctant at first, but after becoming a part of the town, and falls in love with Sarah, he begins to have second thoughts on robbing Evergreen's bank. I highly recommend STEALING CHRISTMAS!!!

I saw this movie when it first came out and loved it! I was happy to see I could finally purchase my own copy. Tony Danza is great and so is Lea Thompson. Heartwarming drama with comedy. I highly recommend it.

This is a charming Christmas movie that I found on television some years ago and anxiously awaited a chance to see it each Christmas on cable tv. Unfortunately, this year it wasn't aired at all. I ordered the movie from an Amazon vendor after the 1st of December and, with the way usual delivery problems go, wasn't expecting to see it until New Years. Imagine my surprise and delight to receive STEALING CHRISTMAS in the mail within 7 days of my online purchase! To the vendor: Thank you for making a fairly dismal holiday a little brighter for me. To potential viewers: This movie is definitely worth a look - or a second or third or even more look!

Must add this movie to your Christmas dvds. Watch it every year,
it is perfect for the Christmas mood. Nice flick, good actors,
great plot. Tony Danza and Lea Thompson are a good match...

Tony Danza shines in this feel good movie centered around a woman sells Christmas trees.How the plot unfolds is predictable at times,but nonetheless
each layer pulls you into the story even more.You find yourself rooting for the "bad guy" because you see the greater good in him.Uplifting,not sappy with
an even more familiar face to many of us, Betty White.Very believable when you see the trust she has in Tony's character Jack.Lots of laughs along the way
as well.A great choice to add to your holiday movie collection.

A very cute Christmas movie. I really enjoy these delightful movies for the holidays and anytime I want to watch them.

I don't really dig Danza, but he did well here. I nean, the whole thing was very Christmasy. It makes me feel good.
