Tracy Griffith is a professional chef and best-selling author of the cookbook Sushi American Style
. Tracy is one of the few professional female sushi chefs in the world, and was the first woman to graduate from the California Sushi Academy. She was inducted into The American Academy of Chefs and the American Culinary Federation as an Honorary Fellow. Tracy is now Executive Chef for New Gem Foods, which makes exciting edible wraps made out of 100% natural, dehydrated vegetable and fruit purees. She has made appearances on Good Morning America and in The New York Times and Home Shopping Network. Tracy currently divides her life and work between Hong Kong, New York City & Napa, CA.
