Not a Good Choice for Someone Who Lives in the US,

You should be aware that this book is published in the UK. This means that some ingredients need translation (caster sugar = superfine sugar, groundnut oil = peanut oil), some ingredients are difficult if not impossible to obtain in the US (bream and brill fish), and the measures present an obstacle as well. I was very disappointed.
