A perfect companion for the Steam-X Steam Press. At first I thought I might be able to buy the steam press alone, without the stand, but the stand is essential... the press has a bit of "kick back" when you release the top, and I think it would probably tip over if it were just on an ironing board or table... It attaches on to the stand for more secure steaming... and it's the perfect height for my husband to sit in our glider rocker and steam press his shirts while he watches his soccer shows! He loves it!

I think this is a great stand. Very sturdy, compact, and the black color looks good. Directions putting it together, could have been better, but overall, a very good Idea/Product!

This stand worked great with our Steam Presser. the only problem is that it is designed for someone who is sitting, when I know that most people that use these are standing. Otherwise very sturdy and consumes very little space, if you don't include the chair needed to go with it. We did return the item to Amazon, but only because it was just to short and we are not going to sit while using the steam presser.
