This is the second SteamPure distiller I've bought (my family of 4 uses more water than this can produce in a day - in coffee, shakes, drinking). This is a very rugged product, and I love that it's made in the USA. It should last a long, long time. Everything is stainless steel, and it is solid, and it doesn't appear they scrimped on any part of the design, instead using rugged components everywhere. Takes about 5 or 6 hours to distill the water. The water is tasteless (as it should be) and refreshing.
