4.0 out of 5 stars Ty keeps up the good work., January 30, 2000

On this CD "STEAM" Ty proves that he is still out there and doing better than ever. The songs on this album are amazing and you just don't want to turn them off. His most amazing song is, "No Mercy". This song really sticks out from the rest of the songs on this CD. Although, they are all good, this is my pick on the album. Ty put a lot of hard work and dedication behind this CD for his fans. This is definetly a CD that you want to put in your shopping cart.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ty keeps you kicking your boots up song after song!, November 16, 1999

Quality output song after song. The title song sets the pace for the CD - slow and vibrating. Definitely a CD you'd put in the disk for long hauls cuz short hauls would only leave you wanting to sit in the truck. Like his other CDs STEAM sets the country soul singing. You'll find yourself dancing in the grocery store.

5.0 out of 5 stars Enjoyable, May 5, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Steam (Audio CD)
I enjoyed this CD, as I enjoy all of Ty's CDs. I own all 4 of his albums. I bought this one for two reasons: (1) To add to my collection of his albums and (2) Because I fell in love with the song No Mercy. That's my favorite song on the whole CD. The only track I really didn't like was You Can Leave Your Hat On. True, this CD isn't quite as country sounding as some of Ty's previous works. It lies on the boundary of pop. Without a doubt, "Steam" is a crossover album. But it's good nonetheless.
