I just bought this and I was very excited. I follow the instruction manual closely while assembling it. When I have it all pieced together I turn it on. It says to wait up to 2 minutes for it to start working and I waited 10 and it still didn't work. I could hear the machine trying to work but no steam would come out. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning this horrible item.

I've never liked to iron, so my husband bought this for me and I love it! I haven't had to iron since I got it! It's great, freshens clothes and even makes it smell clean. Great buy.

I have used this steamer for the past few months and found it to live up to its billing. Took it out of the box, read and understood the directions, plugged it in and it did that which I had hoped for.

I got my package and it really is a good product. It has cut my ironing time down by hours. It makes me want to just steam everything.

I followed the instructions and the steamer would not steam. Called manufacturer's tech support. They told me to return it. I exchanged it for a new one. It worked only after I set it to self-clean and it finally produced steam. After only one use it is no longer working. Stay away from this steamer as it seems to be poorly designed. Good luck.
