This steamer came just as advertised..and with the price you can't really go wrong. I recently got a job where I have to look crisp for the office and this steamer does the job beautifully. IF you follow the directions then there shouldn't be an leaking issues. Just keep in mind to aim the nozzle down the first few seconds when the steamer is heating up to get any built up condensation out of the unit. Overall very satisfied.
