His poems evoke a lot of good memories and very happy times for me. What he gets across in 5 or 6 lines, most writers (and screen writers) can't do in a hundred times that space. Short, sweet and powerful ! He has a rare gift. Looking forward to his next book.

Well, i bought this book, only knowing the title and some small poems from the book. And i was never disappointed !!! This book is wonderful; it's a mixture between the erotic and sensual. I love every single poem in it! When i read the poems, i thought: I would really like to know this person, who can write such things about a woman; these things are not abnormal, but what i wish more people could see.
Basically in my eyes this author is admirable and has an erotic way of thinking, which is delicious! It makes me wish that someone would write about me, as he does about the woman in the poetry :)

As for me, to discover he is content while reading this book, is an understatement of the first degree.

John Solomon grants us the favour of an intimate glimpse at his sexual feelings towards his lady. It's cooking, hot and steamy as you can expect of a heating boiler. It makes your ears turn red and your head to sweat. I enjoyed the book very much. It's tangible, visible, perceptible and enjoyable when you are engaged in a similar liaison and can recognize the train of thoughts he is experiencing throughout the day.

With an exquisite taste of humor and sexual feelings, he plays with words and ties them like a string. This man has a delicate feeling for what the phenomenon of pleasure is doing to you as a male human being. A great lesson for many serious believing men to enjoy life with the girl of their dreams. And for women to learn a little more about the feelings and fantasies that are racing through the male head while admiring his love.

A final word must be said, this book is a danger to the dispassionate reader.

I bought the previous edition which inspired me to write a few poems in similar style... this new one is even better and I'm SO glad I bought it! Lovely, erotic thoughts, sexy ones and funny ones, expressed with economy of words. Thoughts and verses to share together and smile over, and revisit. Thank you for a real treat!

She stands at the edge of the Ocean,
Crashing waves ripping the air,

John Solomon has created an escape into a world of sensuous and playful revelations. Each page is filled with two to three poems expressing erotic feelings and moods that can leave you with a smile or make you wonder what the next poem might reveal.

These are very honest poems with plenty of situations to encourage imaginative thoughts or romantic ideas. Often, you may find yourself saying: "I wish other poets would just say what John Solomon" is willing to say. The honesty is refreshing and if you enjoy poetry that is romantic and goes beyond images shrouded in mystery, this will definitely appeal to you.

In Strawberry Delight, he watches his lover eating an ice cream cone. I think it is very well written and then John Solomon dives right into a poem where lovers fall into a closet filled with pillows. "When a Man Does the Laundry" is pretty darn funny. The story of the note slipped into the sandwich bag is sweet and Siren was one of my favorites with images of the ocean. Many of the poems have water images and showers, tubs and ocean images can be found in many of the poems.

A lot of the poems tease and taunt playfully and many show a heightened awareness of love's many ecstatic elements within spontaneity. Most of the poems should inspire a naughty smile, a sparkle in your eyes and a desire to go find the person you love.

Comfort, adventure, surprises, creative descriptions, true love, care, intimacy, hot moments of abandon, realistic portrayals, running in the rain, bathtubs, flirting, desire, satisfaction, creative Cinquains and playful humor make this one of my favorite erotic poetry books.

I will not expound. Poetry as an is Art so subjective. However I'll buy this for friends as gifts. The prose/words are provoctive, sensual,meaningful,erotic,moving,arousing,intriguing,wishful-fantasy-thinking,experimental,engrossing thought-provoking & creates the desires one would hope to be a steady diet in one's life ...........if there are more descriptions that I missed, Do Please Capitalize on them many times over. I hope you will read & experience the glorious emotional ride, and add to the experiences of lust,passion,that were so heartfully created in superbly good taste.

The words in this book of poetry so accurately describe God's beautiful gift of sexual intimacy between a husband and wife. John Solomon has put to words the romance and sexual attraction between a husband and wife. It paints a beautiful poetic picture of this awesome relationship. You will find that it is very difficult to set this book down! You will enjoy every bit of it!

This is an excellent take on the joyous pleasures waiting to be shared between lovers. Raw without the "raunch" and bold without being brash! Just one, any one, selection is plenty to stimulate prolonged pillow-talk that will lead you to places furtile and ripe! Jam packed with plenty of tasty morsels just waiting for your consumption. Just let your imagination run rampant as you go with the flow, the current of these passages rushes to and fro; bet you can't stop with just one!
