This jacket (even without the optional liner) kept me warm and dry while fishing in lower temps (~43degF), light drizzle, and high winds (whitecaps). The hood has multiple adjusting straps that makes it easy to keep it out of your eyes, and still protecting your ears. There are enough well-designed pockets to keep anybody happy, and the sleeves also are comfortable, as they flex without being bulky.
