Not like Irish steel-cut . . .,

Though this is advertised as "steel-cut" the kernel is not as one would expect steel-cut oats to be, namely there is little intact seed coat. The result is when I cook this, I must cook it even less or it turns into Quaker-style mush and so much paste.
I don't think I'll get these again. |
