Great CD!! Much better than other "steel drum music" cds,

I have been checking out many "Steel Drum" music CD on Amazon, but most of them sound very fake (Synthesized steel drum and really pathetic sounding percussion and other instruments).This CD sounds GREAT!! The steel drum sounds like someone is actually playing a real steel drum. The other instruments sound equally good. All of the songs are upbeat and fun. It'll get you dancing. It did for me. The Last song on the CD "Panthouse in Miami" has a very jazzy feel. Not exactly something you'd hear in the caribbean. But it's still a good song. Overall if your looking for a great "steel drum music" style this CD is HIGHLY recommended! |
