This is my first leg stretcher. I started Taekwondo a couple of months ago, and at age 38, I realized I needed to seriously work on my flexibility. This stretcher allows me to relax my legs the stetch them gently apart and hold them in stretch very easily. I was afraid that I wouldn't like it by looking at the pictures of other leg stretchers, but I really love it so far. I has definitely helped my flexibility.
It is also heavier and sturdier than I thought it would be. I highly recommend it if you need help doing a side split stretch. |
