Excellent value for Ipod, home audio and gaming. I purchased a set for private listening on my computer. It wasn't more than a week when my son started bugging me for a pair for his ipod. A day or 2 later he plunked down cash and asked me to order them:)! A month later his friends started ordering them. In one case to replace a pair of perfectly good $125 AKGs which were described as too bulky. (not sure of the model)

My only caution is to stay away from AntOnline which is one of the Amazon merchants. If you have a problem they will charge you for return postage regardless of who is at fault.

Before reading this or any other review watch some video reviews only because $100 dollars is a decent amount of money but this is another oppion...ive been a long time pc/consol gammer and these headphone are Amazing,great sound quality,microphone can be tricky but using the convenient clanp thing on the headphone cord make it so you will never have to move the microphone for eating or w/e. The comfort on this headset is really remarkable, its lightweight so for even extreme gamming sessions (which im sure most gamers can relate) I some times forget about them being on. The mic can be removed and not even used so its just a nice pair of headphones (I personally don't need it but someone might) there is an extention for the jax to be plugged into spinners for those djs out there...the only CONS I have are two thing 1. The cable is extremely long but after you wrap it up so it does not get all tangled the very long cable does come in handy some times 2. BLACK is not the best color for these headphones white looks much cooler only reason I got black was because white was out of stock : /

Phenomenal sound quality, very comfortable, not heavy.

Ears can sometimes get hot after a few hours, mic is annoying because it isnt connected to headset.

This is my second pair. My first pair had been dropped and sat on countless times. Finally they broke after years of severe abuse. These headphones are very comfortable and I can wear them for hours without discomfort. The Siberian V2 headset has more padding around the ears and the mic is built into the headset. I actually prefer the microphone separated as is with this set, v1. For the money the sound quality isn't that bad. I mainly purchased this headset for comfort and proven longevity.

I purchased this from newegg a long time ago. I can't remember exactly why I bought it but I definitely don't regret it! The sound quality is very high quality. I'd honestly say I wouldn't mind wearing these around in public instead of those crappy little earbuds. The sound is amazing and it keeps the sound in. In comes with a small, shirt-clipping, microphone that came in handy, too. It comes with a wire extension as well. They do require more power than your average headphones though so they will drain the battery on your mobile devices quicker. I've stopped using this for mobile usage and started using it for my computer (I have a 9.2 surround system so when the lights go out, I plug in so as to not disturb the lady) I'd also like to mention that upon swapping over to these from my speakers I was able to hear all sorts of sounds that I couldn't detect previously because of the imbalance in my speakers.
