In order to "sell" a moneymaking scheme successfully, one must make it seem plausible, unique, and easy to understand. The Stefanchik method is all that. Some will also suggest that the plan should actually work. Stefanchik makes the claim that his system has worked well for him and now tries to convince others that it can do the same for them. He buys and resells (or "flips") personally held mortgages. Stefanchik says that many home-sellers hold their buyers' mortgages and that many of these persons are willing (or even desperate) to convert these mortgages into cash. He goes on to say that there are companies "out there" (he is founder and president of one such firm) that stand ready to buy up these mortgages that you have located. Your task is to find and buy them for one price and resell them for a higher one. It is a sign of the times that one can claim celebrity, as Stefanchik does, by "starring" in an infomercial, and as more people see him on television, they will ask to see his book. David Rouse

I originally ordered this book direct from the Stefanchik organization via a direct mail piece sent to me. While I found the book very informative and educational in regards to the world of buying and selling paper, it also served as a primer for a follow-up telemarketing call from a Stefanchik representitive selling a rather pricy course on the said subject.

AS A BASIC OVER VIEW OF THE COMPLEX WORLD OF FLIPPING PAPER (PERSONALLY HELD MORTGAGES)THIS BOOK CAN GET YOU STARTED.THERE IS MUCH MORE TO IT BUT IT WILL LAY OUT THE PLANS.

I agree this book has plenty of hype, I mean come on, $10K/month in your
SPARE TIME?! I highly doubt it. However, this book does have plenty of good information. Just don't let anyone convince you that the discount mortgage business is an easy way to quick wealth. Considering that a good copy of George Coats "Smart Trust Deed Investing" costs between $300-$400, this book is a bargain!
